About

Meet Molly

Thank you for stopping by my little corner of the web.

My name is Molly, named after the Molly in the Beatles song, and probably also the name of a cute dog in your life, which is absolutely fitting because I love animals.

  • My journey into this business has been years in the making. From a young age, I was reading about herbal medicine, spirit guides, and angels. I was doing friend’s astrology charts and reading playing cards like they were my first tarot deck. I was fascinated by dreams, psychology, mythology, and all things deemed ‘mystical’ from a very young age.

Like so many other sensitive souls, I’m no stranger to life-altering health issues and trauma. While these intense and at times near-death experiences were not pleasant, they had a profound impact on me, pushing me to receive healing, and inspiring me to help others find their healing, too. I have felt filled with gratitude to be here and driven by the importance of bringing more compassion, love, creativity, and hope to the world as long as I’m in it.

I decided to become a massage therapist 11 years ago, and from there went on to receive my holy fire reiki training, a bachelor’s in psychology and public health from UT Dallas, Yoga Teacher Training, and my Jungian life coaching certification.

I do this work because I believe in it, and I love it, and have found it to be deeply transformative for me in my own healing journey and personal growth. I also have so much fun, and no one talks about that enough. When you nurture yourself and begin to create a practice to care for your physical health, your mind-body connection, and your energetic alignment, you’ll feel more connected to others, to nature, and more of a childlike sense of wonder at the world. I believe that regular self-care fosters more compassion, more creativity, and more resilience in the face of challenges that life may throw at you.

My other passions include creating through visual art, acting, and singing, as well as trivia and game nights, learning everything I can about healing, psychology, and philosophy, and sipping tea with a good movie at home with my partner and two cats.
